An Evening with PodCamp Pittsburgh

An Evening with PodCamp Pittsburgh is a series of events that were formed to keep the PCPGH community connected throughout the year. After PCPGH5 there was an overwhelming call for a formal meet up. In the past these events seemed to happen naturally; through Geek Night, BlogFest, Baseball Games etc. Now with such a large and diverse group of “PodCampers” we felt the time was right to forge an official event. An Evening with PodCamp is not meant to substitute any of the other great events and meet ups in the city. Rather offer an additional opportunity for you to engage with the community.

Instead of simply calling a tweetup why not go one step further and create a unique PodCamp evening experience. So we did just that. The plan is to select unique locations around the city and bring to you an interesting guest interviewed by Norman Huelsman. We plan on committing to six events this year and then evaluate their merit. Hopefully they will be successful and provide a great time to reconnect with folks and learn something interesting.
